Why did we build the platform?
Organisations need to move faster, and provide better management, leadership, and working environments for people, however existing tools, platforms, and methods for measuring and optimising organisations are too focused on surveys and interviews. Both of which are sporadic, full of bias, and subject to massive interpretation issues. We wanted a system that moves from the biased "ego-system" to a more objective "eco-system" method of measuring organisational health.
